> We're all humans at the end
There's this big chunk of spatial dirt that we like to call
Earth, and we all live here. It's our home.
You may not find everyone funny, interesting or pleasant. To be
honest you may find a lot of people to be just the other way around,
but the thing is, we're all, and every single one of us, trying
to learn how to live our life, and I believe that makes all of us
humans.
There's no obligation to anyone to be friends with someone they
don't feel like to. No need to share their beliefs, likes and
dislikes.
Respect is all that you must give to everyone in the world, just
as you would want to be respected.
Damaged people damage people, and a lot of times without even
knowing. There's a story in all of us that makes us unique,
that shapes us in who we are. There's simply no way to live
life without hurting someone else, but we all have the power to try
always our best and aim to be a better person.
We surely are a villain in someone else's story and at the same
time the hero in another. That's just how life works.
We're neither good or bad. We all are just, humans.
> On learning new stuff
Whenever I try to learn new stuff, I often get frustated quickly.
This is specially true on topics I have little to no experience at
all. I want to achieve professional‐grade results without
much experience. That's a bit delusional right?
Wether knowing it's delusional or not, it doesn't matter
at all. Those are the results I want at the end. Don't struggle
trying to understand why when even I know it doesn't work that
way, I still hope somehow it works that way, because I'm not
really sure either.
It's weird because I do know failure isn't bad at all.
Trying again and again it's the only way to really achieve
greatness. We need to hone our craft in order to
be good at it.
That's why I decided to start this little personal project, to
stop thinking about every scenario of how could I build something
cool, that make me feel satisfied. Sometimes we just need to begin,
practice and be at peace with the idea of failing. There's joy
in the process too.
> Less planning, more building/creating
I wasn't going to build a neocities website at first, I saw a
lot of people out there building beautiful websites, truly creative,
that I felt like I wasn't enough to try this.
I wanted to mimic these sites, adding graphics, blinkies and every
kind of stuff, but didn't seem able to build something like
that.
Then I decided to just jump at it, create something, update it on
the go. And here we are!
